Though, we welcome you to the Glass Darkly family as a future client, we won't exactly treat you as our client: and we believe that's a good thing. All of our clients are special to us, but when it comes to doing business and creating as a Los Angeles headshots photographer, we truly strive at representing Christ in everything we do. This means we treat every client with respect and passion as if we were working for Jesus Christ himself. That being said, we hope you don't mind our efforts at delivering back only our best work, as you our clients, and the Lord himself, truly deserve it.

what happen if i need to cancel?
Yes, rescheduled sessions requested prior to 72 hours before shoot date will be honored with no added fees. Any rescheduling request made within 72 hours of shoot date will be honored with a $35 rescheduling fee. Glass Darkly reserves the right to limit rescheduling of sessions to no more than 2 occurrences. A third reschedule will not be granted, and we reserve the right to terminate the shoot and retain all rescheduling fees as it being the agreed loss suffered by Glass Darkly. Any deposits made towards the session fee will be refunded.
who do you recommend for hair and makeup?
We ask that all clients arrive to the shoot location hair and makeup ready. This keeps allows us to conserve valuable shoot time and focus on delivering you the best experience possible. Hair and makeup assistants are welcome to join us on the shoot for any mid-session retouching that needs to be done. Any extensive hair and makeup changes during the session should be discussed with photographer before hand to help prepare for any time constraints.
What happens if i don't show up?
Do you require a deposit?
Cancellations made within 48 hours of shoot date are not eligible for a refund. All funds will be retained, including hair and makeup funds if booked through the photographer. Cancellations made prior to 48 hours before session date are eligible for a partial refund. A $75 fee will be retained as collateral and the remaining funds of the shoot will be returned to the client.
Any Client that does not show at Shoot location without advanced notice made to photographer will have all funds from session retained and no rescheduling options made available to him or her.
No, we do not require a deposit. A full session retainer is due upon booking to secure shoot date.
